Abstract

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a fluorescent lamp by a getter devise, which improves the mercury emitting getter device, the molding process, and the mercury separation method in the molded mercury emitting getter device, thereby improving the productivity of the fluorescent lamp. It is characterized by providing a new manufacturing method that can be improved and quality is improved. In the manufacture of fluorescent lamps, the method of adding liquid mercury is not constant, and the amount of mercury is enclosed more than necessary. Therefore, mercury poisoning may occur during the handling of liquid mercury. The environmental pollution such as the destruction of the ecosystem is getting serious, and the quality of the fluorescent lamp is adversely affected by the safety, reliability, and performance. In order to solve the problem of the use of liquid mercury, various methods have been proposed to use a mercury-emitting getter device formed by forming a mercury amalgam and a getter material into a single piece of metal, but the methods provided so far have not been described. Automation, speed and product quality were not satisfactory in the manufacturing process. The present invention provides an improved mercury emission getter device and mercury emission which can secure excellent characteristics in the manufacturing process and in terms of the quality of fluorescent lamps in the manufacture of fluorescent lamps by a circular band-shaped mercury emission getter device. The process of automatic molding the getter device and attaching the getter material to the mount by ultrasonic welding ensures the reliability of the normal getter material attachment hole and improves the quality to separate mercury from the mercury emitting getter device by high frequency discharge. It is performed with high precision, and the entire manufacturing process of the fluorescent lamp is characterized in that it can significantly improve the quality of the fluorescent lamp by high-speed automation and high performance.
