Abstract
본 발명은 특히 칼라 브라운관의 제조에 적합한 개선된 방법을 개시한다. 칼라 브라운관은 색선별수단 등의 여러가지 금속제 기공부품을 구비하는데, 종래에는 이 기공부품들이 여러단계의 소성과정에서 원자가 재배열됨으로써 대자되어 금속성 이물을 부착하게 되고, 이에따라 세정시 금속성 이물이 완전히 배출되지 못하여 완성된 브라운간의 화상 품질과 전기적 특성 등을 열화시키는 문제가 있었다. 본 발명에서는 브라운관 벌브의 세정전에 기공부품들을 소자시켜 이에 부착된 금속성 이물의 배출을 가능하게 함으로써 종래의 문제점을 해결하였다.The present invention discloses an improved process which is particularly suitable for the production of color CRTs.
