Abstract
본 발명은 액정디스플레이용 칼라필터의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 블랙매트릭스를 제 1 블랙유기물, 금속, 제 2 블랙유기물의 3층구조로 하여 금속표면에서 반사되는 광을 차단시켜 박막트랜지스터의 누설전류를 방지하고 칼라의 콘트라스트를 향상시키고자 함을 목적으로 한 칼라필터의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 이러한 본 발명의 목적은, 투명절연기판상에 소정두께의 제 1 블랙유기물을 도포하는 공정과, 상기 제 1 블랙유기물상에 금속을 소정두께로 증착시켜 금속막을 형성하고 상기 금속막상에 제 2 블랙유기물을 도포하는 공정과, 상기 제 2 블랙유기물을 노광, 현상, 식각하여 패터닝하고 상기 금속막을 식각한 후 제 1 블랙유기물을 노광, 현상, 식각하여 블랙매트릭스를 형성하는 공정과, 상기 블랙매트릭스상에 투명절연기판상에 순차로 칼라패턴 및 투명도전막을 형성하는 공정으로 제조함으로써 달성된다.The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a color filter for a liquid crystal display, and in particular, the black matrix has a three-layer structure of a first black organic material, a metal, and a second black organic material, and blocks light reflected from the metal surface to prevent leakage of the thin film transistor.
