무선전화기의 배터리 전압감지회로

본 고안은 무선전화기의 배터리출력전압이 규정된 전압(동작전압 이하)에서 발광 다이오드를 점등시켜 사용자에게 배터리충전이 필요하게 됨을 알리게 하는 것에 관한 것으로서 특히 저항오차를 줄여 오동작을 방지할 수 있도록 한 무선전화기의 배터리전압감지회로에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 사용되는 무선전화기의 배터리전압감지회로는 주위 온도변화에 예민하여 오동작을 자주 일으키게 되어 이를 방지코져 온도변화에도 전류를 안정시킬 수 있는 반도체저항의 서미스터를 연결 사용함으로서 온도변화에 의한 오동작은 감소되었으나 출고시 서미스터저항을 일정전압에 동작되도록 세팅되어 있어도 저항 오차에 의해 조정된 전압에 정확히 동작되지 않게 되어 사용자에게 혼동을 가져다주는 문제점이 야기되었던 것이다.
따라서 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로 서미스터와 트랜지스터 베이스단자 사이에 저항을 병렬로 접속하여 종래의 서미스터가 갖는 ±5%의 저항오차를 0-2.5%로 낮추어 온도 및 저항오차에 의한 오동작 전압 변화를 줄임으로서 무선전화기에 신뢰성 향상에 기여하고자 하는데 본 고안의 목적이 있는 것이다.
이하 첨부된 도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도에서와 같이 트랜지스터(Q1)(Q2)와 발광다이오드(LED) 및 저항(R1)(R5)(R6)로 이루어진 통상의 배터리전압감지회로에 있어서 저항(R2)(R3)과 (R4) 및 서미스터(1)를 각각 직렬연결하되 저항(R2)(R3) 사이와 저항(R4) 및 서미스터(1) 사이를 상호 접속케 하며 또한 저항(R2)(R4)를 트랜지스터(Q1) 베이스에 병력접속한 저항오차 감소회로(2)를 부가하여서 된 것이다.
상기와 같은 구성으로 이루어진 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저 일정전압에 발광다이오드(LED)가 점등될 수 있도록 저항(R2-R4)과 서미스터(1)를 조정한 상태에서 배터리로부터 출력되는 전원이 무선전화기를 구동할 수 있도록 출력되면 이의 전압이 저항(R2-R4)과 서미스터(1) 자체의 내부저항값에 의해 분할되어 트랜지스터(Q1)베이스에 바이어스전압을 인가하여 턴온상태로 됨에 따라 상기 트랜지스터(Q1) 콜렉터는 그라운드 전위로 되어 트랜지스터(Q2)를 구동시킬 수 없어 발광다이오드(LED)는 점등되지 않게 된다.
만일 배터리의 출력전압(Vcc)이 무선전화기가 동작할 수 있는 규정 전압이하로 떨어질 경우(즉, 저항(R2-R4)과 서미스터(1)로 세팅된 전압)에는 트랜지스터(Q1) 바이어스전압부족으로 인해 오프상태로 됨에 따라 저항(R5)을 통한 배터리 출력전압이 트랜지스터(Q2)베이스에 바이어스전압으로 인가되어 도통상태로 됨으로서 발광다이오드(LED)를 점등시켜 사용자에게 배터리를 재충전하도록 알리게 된다.
이때 주위온도가 변화되면 서미스터(1)에 의해 트랜지스터(Q1)베이스전압을 어느정도 일정하게 유지하게 되나 저항(R2-R3)과 서미스터(1)의 병렬연결에 의해 ±5%의 저항오차를 0-±2.5%까지 줄려 더욱 정확히 동작을 할 수 있다.
먼저 트랜지스터(Q1) 베이스에 병렬 접속된 저항(R2)(R4)만의 오차를 살펴 보기로 한다.
첫째로 저항(R2)(R4)가 "+"쪽으로 오차를 가질 경우에는이라고 하면=이 되어 +5%의 오차를 갖게 되면 저항(R2)(R4)이 "-"쪽으로 오차가 있게 되면 -5%의 저항오차를 갖는다.
둘재로 저항(R2)이 "+"쪽으로 저항(R4)이 "-"쪽으로 오차를 가질때는가 되면 결국이 되어 오차는 0%가 되고 반대로 저항(R2)이 "-"쪽으로 그리고 저항(R4)가 "+"쪽으로 오차를 가질때도 상기와 동일하게 저항오차가 0%로 된다.
따라서 저항(R2)(R4)이 ±5%의 오차를 가질때 저항(R3)과 서미스터(1)가 다시 병렬 접속되어 있으므로 결과적으로 최종오차는 절반인 ±2.5%로 감쇠되어 결국 트랜지스터(Q1)에 인가되어 바이어스 전압을 저항 오차에 의한 전류 변동을 줄여 오동작이 최대한 방지되도록 되어 있는 것이다.
이상에서 상술한 바와 같이 작용하는 본 고안은 통상의 배터리전압 감지회로에 트랜지스터(Q1) 베이스에 인가되는 전압을 저항오차 감소회로(2)에 의해 저항의 오차를 0-±2.5%로 크게 줄여 베이스전류를 일정하게 유지토록 함으로서 배터리전압에 따라 정확히 동작하여 무선전화기의 신뢰성향상에 기여할 수 있는 유용한 고안인 것이다.

  1. 트랜지스터(Q1)(Q2)와 발광다이오드(LED) 및 저항(R1)(R5)(R6)로 이루어진 통상의 배터리전압 감지회로에 있어서, 저항(R2)(R3)과 저항(R4) 및 서미스터(1)를 각각 직렬연결하되 저항(R2)(R3) 사이와 저항(R4) 및 서미스터(1) 사이를 상호접속케 하며 또한 저항(R2)(R4)을 트랜지스터(Q1)베이스에 병렬접속한 저항오차감소회로(2)를 부가하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 무선전화기의 배터리 전압감지회로.
