본 발명은 엘리베이터 승강로와 같은 수직 중공 구조물의 내부 거푸집 시공방법 및 시공장치에 관한 것이다. 일반적으로 수직 중공 구조물을 구축함에 있어서는 각층 별 수직 구조물을 시공할 때마다 각 벽체별로 제작된 내부 거푸집과 외부 거푸집을 하부 작업대에 위치한 작업자가 들어올려주고 슬라브위에 위한 작업자가 받아올리는 식으로 끌어올린 다음 조립하는 과정을 반복해야 하므로 시공이 번거롭고 분해 및 조립에 소요되는 시간이 길어져서 공기가 길어지게 되며 이에 따라 시공비가 증가되며, 또 내부 거푸집을 매번 분해 및 조립하는 과정에서 내벽 거푸집이 쉽게 훼손되어 거푸집의 수명이 단축되고, 또한 종래에는 매층마다 내벽 거푸집을 조립하는 과정에서 작업자가 딛고 서서 작업할 수 있는 작업대도 매번 분해 및 조립을 거듭 해야 하므로 자칫 작업대의 조립상태가 불량할 경우 작업대를 딛고 서서 작업을 하던 작업자가 수직 중공 구조물의 밑으로 추락하게 되는 등 안전사고를 유발하게 되는 문제저이 있었다. 본 발명은 네 벽체를 확대 및 수축시킬 수 있도록 절첩식으로 조립한 거푸집부를 확대시킨 상태에서 하층 수직 중공 구조물의 벽면상단부에 고정된 거푸집 받침구에 지지한 상태에서 외부 거푸집을 조립하여 벽면을 타설하고, 벽면의 양생이 완료되면 외부 거푸집을 해체하고 네 벽체를 수축시켜 타설된 벽면으로부터 박리시킨 다음 거푸집 인양수단)에 의하여 한층 높이 만큼 인양시켜 네 벽체를 확대시키고 상층 벽면을 연속적으로 타설할 수 있도록 함으로써 공기 단축과 시공비 절감과 내부 거푸집의 수명연장 및 안전사고의 예방을 도모할 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to an internal formwork method and a construction apparatus for a vertical hollow structure such as an elevator hoisting.
