Abstract

본 발명은 아크릴로니트릴 부분을 30 내지 90중량% 및 메타크릴니트릴 부분을 70중량% 이하의 함유하고 20중량% 이하의 다른 공단량체 부분을 임의로 함유하는 용융 가공 가능하고 안정한 첨가 공중합체로 생성된 섬유로 만든 부직포에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 아크릴로니트릴 부분을 30 내지 95중량% 및 메타크릴로니트릴 부분을 70중량% 이하로 함유하고 20중량% 이하의 다른 공단량체 부분을 임으로 함유하는 용융 가공 가능하고 안정한 첨가 공중합체로 형성된 섬유로 만들어진 부직포.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 아크릴로니트릴 부분을 40 내지 75중량% 및 메타크릴로니트릴 부분을 50중량% 이하로 함유하는 부직포.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 95중량% 이상의 아크릴로니트릴 및 메타크릴로니트릴 부분을 함유하는 부직포.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 90중량% 이상의 아크릴로니트릴 및 메타크릴로니트릴 부분을 함유하는 부직포.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 85중량% 이상의 아크릴로니트릴 및 메타크릴로니트릴 부분을 함유하는 부직포.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 아크릴로니트릴 및 메타크릴로니트릴 만의 부분을 함유하는 부직포.
  7. 용매의 부재하의 아크릴로니트릴 부분을 30 내지 90중량% 및 메타크릴로니트릴 부분을 70중량% 이하로 함유하고 20중량% 이하의 다른 공단량체의 부분을 임의로 함유하는 용융 가공 가능하고 안정한 첨가 공중합체로 형성된 섬유로 제조된 부직포.
  8. 중합 반응에 공급되는 메타크릴로니트릴 및 아크릴로니트릴 단량체의 첨가는 중합 반응 동안 계속해서 혼합물 내의 비반응 메타크릴로니트릴 단량체에 대한 비비반응 아크릴로니트릴 공단량체의 비가 중합 반응동안 거의 일정하도록 조절되고, 용융 가공 가능한 공중합체는 메타크릴로니트릴 단량체 및 아크릴로니트릴 단량체의 혼합물을 중합함을 특징으로 하는 공정으로부터 제조되는, 중합된 아크릴로니트릴 단량체 및 메타크릴로니트릴 단량체를 함유하는 용융 가공 가능한 공중합체로부터 용매의 부재하에 제조된 섬유로 제조한 부직포.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 아크릴로니트릴 부분을 30 내지 90중량% 및 메타크릴로니트릴 부분을 70중량% 이하로 함유하고 20중량% 이하의 다른 공단량체 부분을 임으로 함유하는 부직포.
  10. 제 8 항에 있어서, 아크릴로니트릴 부분을 40 내지 75중량% 및 메타크릴로니트릴 부분을 50중량% 이하로 함유하는 부직포.
