Abstract

본 발명은 볼트/너트나 나사에 사용되는 마이크로캡슐형 접착제의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 접착성분의 단량체, 개시제 및 유기용매등이 들어 있는 마이크로캡슐들을 용매활성화형 수지를 포함하는 또다른 접착성분의 단량체/올리고머, 코팅중진제, 커플링제, 비점착 부여제 및 유기용매 등의 바인더 용액과 함께 섞어서, 필요한 부위에 코팅, 건조하여 사용하는 것으로, 그 접착방식이 접착성분의 단량체/올리고머등에 의한 화학반응은 물론 캡슐내부의 유기용매와 용매활성화 수지간의 용매활성화 반응을 동시에 적용하는 방법이다.

마이크로캡슐형 접착제의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명의 실시예 2에 얻은 마이크로캡슐화 되어 있는 혐기성 접착제가 바인더와 함께 볼트(bolt)에 코팅되어 있는 것을 나타낸 것이고, 제 2 도는 본 발명의 실시예 2에서 얻은 마이크로캡슐형 접착제와 시판되는 일본 THREE BOND사 동급 제품을 아연 도급한 볼트(직경 3/8in, 길이 1·1/4in)/너트에 적용, 25℃에서 체결(체결)하고, 24시간후의 접착강도(파괴-풀림 토오크)를 비교한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 접착성분의 단량체, 산화제/환원제 조합의 유기개시제, 유기용매 등이 함유되어 있는 마이크로캡슐들을 만들고, 이들을 접착제로 이용하기 위하여 혼합될 바인더용액을 용매활성화형 수지, 또다른 접착성분의 단량체/올리고머, 코팅증진제, 커플링제, 비점착성 부여제 및 유기용매들을 구성하여 제조함에 있어서, 용매활성화 수지로는 클로로프렌 고무를 바인더 혼합용제에 대하여 0.5중량%-8중량% 농도로 사용하며, 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트를 15중량%-25중량% 농도, 우레탄 아크릴레이트들을 10+중량%-25중량% 농도로 함께 사용하고, 코팅증진제로는 카르복시기 변성된 비닐클로라이드-비닐아세테이트 공중합체를 바인더용액에 대하여 5중량%-13중량% 농도로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로캡슐형 접착제의 제조방법.
