Abstract
본 발명은 금속분말제조용 고압가스분사기에 관한 것으로서, 기존의 금속분말 제조공정에서 한가지 종류의 가스의 사용에 따른 분말의 물리적 특성 제어의 한계를 극복하고자 한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 고압가스분사기에서 두 종류의 분사매체가 동시에 독립적으로 배출될 수 있도록 설계하여 액체금속노즐로부터 배출되는 액체금속이 순차적으로 두 종류의 가스와 접촉-반응하여 분화과정을 거치도록 하였다. 이에 따라, 분말의 표면현상 및 입자형태의 구형도, 겉보기밀도, 유동성 등을 가장 이상적인 상태로 제어할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a high-pressure gas injector for metal powder production, to overcome the limitations of the physical property control of the powder according to the use of one type of gas in the existing metal powder manufacturing process. In the present invention, the high pressure gas injector is designed so that two types of injection media can be discharged independently at the same time so that the liquid metal discharged from the liquid metal nozzle is sequentially contacted and reacted with the two types of gases to undergo the differentiation process. Accordingly, the surface development of the powder, the sphericity of the particle form, the apparent density, the fluidity, and the like can be controlled in the most ideal state.
