Abstract

각막상피의 손상을 억제하려는 목적으로 외안부에 국소적용될 수 있는 약제조성물이 제공된다. 이 조성물은 활성성분으로서 일정량의 글루코스를 함유하는 점안제 또는 안연고제의 형태로 주어질 것이다. 이 조성물은 또한 담체, 완충제등 게다가 일정한 보존제 같은 점안제 또는 안연고제의 종래의 성분을 함유할 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 활성성분으로서 약리학적으로 효과가 있는 양의 글루코스를 함유하는, 포유류의 각막상피의 손상을 억제하기 위해 외안부에 안국소 투여를 위한 약제조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 점안제의 투여형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 약제조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 안연고제의 투여형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 약제조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 보존제로서 글루콘산 클로로헥시딘 또는 클로로부탄올을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제조성물.
  5. 약리학적으로 효과가 있는 양으로 글루코스를 함유하는 조성물을 포유류의 외안부에 국소투여하는 것으로 이루어진 포유류의 각막상피의 손상을 억제하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 조성물이 점안제의 투여형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 조성물이 안연고제의 투여형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 포유류의 각막상피의 손상을 억제하기 위해 외안부에 안국소투여를 위한 조성물을 제조하기 위한 글루코스의 사용.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 조성물이 점안제의 투여형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 사용.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 조성물이 안연고제의 투여형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 사용.
