Abstract

본 발명은 수상/유상/수상형의 분산상태를 갖는 다중 유화형 화장료 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보존안정성, 보습강화막형성, 퍼짐성 등 사용특성이 우수한 다중유화형 화장료를 제공함을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 퍼플루오로 폴리메틸이소프로필 에테르베이스 10~30중량%를 함유한 W/0제 20~40중량%와 외수상 60~80중량%인 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (12)

  1. 퍼플루오로 폴리메틸이소프로필 에테르베이스 10~30중량%를 함유한 W/0제제 20~40중량%와 외수상 60~80중량%로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 다중 유화형 화장료 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로 폴리메틸이소프로필 에테르베이스는 퍼플루오로 폴리메틸이소프로필 에테르 10~30중량부, 글리세린 10~30중량부, 카르복시비닐폴리머 0.1~0.5중량부, 퍼플루오로 폴리메틸이소프로필 에테르 계면활성제 0.1~5.0중량부, 트리에틴올아민 0.1~0.5중량부, 정제수 20~60중량부 임을 특징으로 하는 다중 유화형 화장료 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, W/0제제는 세틸디메치콘코폴리올 0.1~5.0중량부, 사이클로메치콘 0.1~5.0중량부, 이소프테아릴이소스테아레이트 5~20중량부, 세틸옥타노에이트 1.0~10중량부, 라우릴디메치콘코폴리올0.1~5.0중량부, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 400 1.0~10.0중량부, 제2항의 퍼플루오로 폴리메틸이소프로필 에테르베이스 10.0~30.0중량부, 정제수 20.0~80.0중량부의 수상성분 임을 특징으로 하는 다중 유화형 화장료 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 외수상은 퍼플루오로 폴리메틸이소프로필 에테르베이스 1.0~10.0중량부, 폴리옥시 에틸렌 소르비탄세스퀴올레이트 1.0~5.0중량부, 프로필렌글리콜 5.0~10.0중량부, 정제수 30.0~70.0중량부 임을 특징으로 하는 다중 유화형 화장료 조성물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로 폴리메틸이소프로필 에테르는 중합도 1500, 3200, 6600인 것 중 1종 또는 2종 이상의 것임을 특징으로 하는 다중 유화형 화장료 조성물.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로 폴리메틸이소프로필 에테르 계면활성제는 아래 구조식 중 1종 또는 2종이상 것임을 특징으로 하는 다중 유화형 화장료 조성물.

    CF3-(O-C3F3)x-(O-CF2)y-OCF2-COOCH3(Ⅱ)
    CF3-(O-C3F3)x-(O-CF2)y-OCF2-CH2(OCH|2CH2)nOH (Ⅲ)
    여기서, x=4~13, y=8~26, n=20~40
  7. 퍼플루오로 폴리메틸이소프로필 에테르베이스 10~30중량%를 함유한 W/0제제 20~40중량%를 외수상 60~80중량%에 가해 55~60℃에서 5분간 유화 후 27℃까지 냉각함을 특징으로 하는 다중 유화형 화장료 조성물의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로 폴리메틸이소프로필 에테르베이스는 퍼플루오로 폴리메틸이소프로필 에테르 10~30중량부, 글리세린 10~30중량부, 카르복시비닐폴리머 0.1~0.5중량부, 퍼플루오로 폴리메틸이소프로필 에테르 계면활성제 0.1~5.0중량부, 트리에탄올아민 0.1~0.5중량부, 정제수 20~60중량부를 콜로이드 밀을 이용하여 분산 유화시킴을 특징으로 하는 다중 유화형 화장료 조성물의 제조방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서,W/O제제는 세틸디메치콘코폴리올 0.1~5.0중량부, 사이클로메치콘 0.1~5.0중량부, 이소스테아릴이소스테아레이트 5~20중량부, 세틸옥타노에이트 1.0~10중량부, 라우릴디메치콘코폴리올0.1~5.0중량부의 유상성분에 프로필렌글리콜 1.0~10중량부, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스 0.1~0.5중량부, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 400 1.0~10.0중량부, 제2항의 퍼플로오로 폴리메틸이소프로필 에테르베이스 10.0~30.0중량부, 정제수 20.0~80.0중량부로 구성된 수상성분을 가해 55~60℃에서 5분간 유화시킴을 특징으로 하는 다중유화형 화장료 제조방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 외수상은 퍼플루오로 폴리메틸이소프로필 에테르베이스 1.0~10.0중량부, 폴리옥시에틸렌 소르비탄세스퀴올레이트 1.0~5.0중량부, 프로필렌글리콜 5.0~10.0중량부, 정제수 30.0~70.0중량부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중유화형 화장료 제조방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로 폴리메틸이소프로필 에테르는 중합도 1500, 3200, 6600인 것 중 1종 또는 2종 이상의 것임을 특징으로 하는 다중 유화형 화장료 제조방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로 폴리메틸이소프로필 에테르 계면활성제는 아래 구조식 중 1종 또는 2종이상의 것임을 특징으로 하는 다중 유화형 화장료 제조방법.
