Abstract

대퇴부 스템보철(10)에는 전단부에서 말단부(20)로 점차 가늘어지는 스템(16′)이 포함되고, 가늘어지는 경사부위로 제1부위(18)와 제2부위(22)로 구성된다. 스템(16)의 단부에 위치한 제2부위(22)는 제1부위 보다 더 큰 경사각을 가지나 실제로 선행기술 보다는 적게된다. 제2부위에서 스템(16)은 일반적으로 대퇴부골(22)에서 가늘어져 대퇴부 팁에서 골(23)에 압박에 갑작스런 변화를 피할 수 있고 본 발명의 스템(16)에는 이의 유연성을 증가시키기 위해 종축 통로(36)을 포함하고, 통로는 회전력에 대해 저항성을 가지고 대퇴부내에 다면 안정성을 제공하기 위해 사다리꼴 단면 모양이 되고 따라서 대퇴부에 효과적인 압박 전달이 된다.

Claims (16)

  1. 대퇴부 스템 보철의 구성에 있어서 : (a) 네크와 그리고 (b) 전단부에서 뭉퉁한 말단부쪽으로 점차 가늘어지는 스템으로 구성되고, 스템의 경사부분에는 제1경사각의 제1경사부분과 제1부위에서 약간 떨어진 제2경사 부위가 포함되고, 제2경사부위는 뭉퉁한 말단부에 근접하며, 제2경사부위의 각은 제1경사각 보다 큰것을 특징으로 하는 대퇴부 스템 보철.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1경사각은 측연에서 약 1°-2° 그리고 제2경사각은 2°∼4°인 것을 특징으로 하는 대퇴부 스템 보철.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제2경사각은 제1경사각 보다 약 1°더큰 것을 특징으로 하는 대퇴부 스템 보철.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제1경사부위와 제2경사부위의 곡선반경이 약 0.75 내지 2.0인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 대퇴부 스템 보철.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제1경사부위와 제2경사부위의 곡선반경이 약 1.0 인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 대퇴부 스템 보철.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 스템길이의 약 90% 부위에 제2경사부위의 전단부가 위치해 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 대퇴부 스템 보철.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 제2경사부위는 스템의 전단부에서 약 0.5 내지 0.75인치 지점에서 시작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대퇴부 스템 보철.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 스템은 4면과 4가의 종축 모서리를 가지는 사디리꼴 단면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 대퇴부 스템 보철.
