Abstract
케이싱에 포함된 전해 용액 및 거기에 배열된 음극 활성 재료로서 리튬-함유 복합 금속 산화로 구성되는 양극 및 양극 활성 재료로서 탄소성 재료로 구성되는 음극을 포함하는 2차 전지가 개시되며, 여기서 상기 양극 및 음극은 그 사이에 배열된 분리체를 통해 배열되며, 상기 유기 전해 용액은 5ppm∼450ppm의 물함량을 갖는다. 2차 전지는 매우 우수한 전류 효율, 싸이클 특성, 보관 특성 및 안전도를 가지기 때문에 각종 전기 및 전자 장치에 유리하게 사용할 수 있다. 본 발명은 2차 전지는, 특히 2.6∼3.5V의 전압에서 작동되는 IC요소를 포함하는 휴대용 전자 장치를 본 발명의 단일 2차 전지를 사용함으로써 작동하는데 유리할 수 있다.

제1도는 실시예 1에서 제조된 본 발명의 2차 전지의 모식적인 수직 절단면이며,
제2도는 양극, 분리체 및 음극의 나선형 권선 상태를 나타내는, 제1도의 선 II - II를 따라 취한 모식적인 절단면이다.
Claims (8)
- 케이싱, 상기 케이싱에 5∼450ppm의 물함량을 갖는 유기 전해 용액, 음극 활성 재료로서 리튬-함유 복합 금속 산화물을 포함하는 양극, 양극 활성 재료로서 탄소성 재료를 포함하는 음극, 및 상기 양극 및 음극 사이에 배열되는 분리체를 포함하며, 상기 양극 및 음극은 상기 유기 전해 용액에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극 및 음극중 적어도 하나는 금속 전류 콜렉터상에 형성된 코팅 조성물의 형태이고, 상기 코팅 조성물은 상기 각각의 전극 및 결합제에 대응하는 활성 재료를 포함하며, 상기 결합제는 0.5∼5.0의 결합제 분포 계수로 상기 코팅 조성물에 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속성 전류 콜렉터는 0.1-0.9㎛의 표면 거칠기를 갖는 금속 포일로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 40∼95중량%의 부타디엔 함량 및 75∼100%의 겔 함량을 갖는 스티렌-부타디엔 라텍스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 전해 용액은 적어도 하나의 유기 용매 및 거기에 용해된 전해질을 포함하며, 상기 적어도 하나의 유기 용매는 에테르, 케톤, 락톤, 니트릴, 아민, 아미드, 황화합물, 염소화 탄화수소, 에스테르, 탄산염, 니트로 화합물, 인산 에스테르 및 술폴란 화합물로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지.
- 제1하에 있어서, 상기 양극 및 음극은 구조에 나선형으로 권선되어, 상기 양극 및 음극이 그 사이의 분리체와 서로 반대로 배열되며, 여기서 상기 나선형 권선 구조 각각의 최심부 권선 전극층 및 최외부 권선 전극층은 상기 음극층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 80∼140℃의 온도에서 조작되고 -10∼130의 감수 온도 계수를 갖는 안전 장치로서 PTC 요소를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지.
- 케이싱, 상기 케이싱에 포함된 5∼450ppm의 물함량을 갖는 유기 전해 용액, 음극 활성 재료로서 리튬-함유 복합 금속 산화물을 포함하는 양극, 양극 활성 재료로서 탄소성 재료를 포함하는 음극, 및 상기 양극 및 음극 사이에 배열된 분리체를 포함하는 단일의 2차 전지를 제공하며, 상기 양극 및 음극은 상기 유기 전해 용액에 배치되고, 상기 단일2차 전지를 2.6∼3.5V에서 작동하는 IC요소를 포함하는 휴대용 전자 장치에 전기적으로 접속되는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 전자 장치의 작동 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
