Abstract

통상의 역삼투 음료수 처리장치에서 격막이 현저한 역압을 발생시키지 않으면서 작동하도록 하기 위해, 본 발명에 의해 침투물이 역삼투 유니트의 유출라인(2)에 현저한 역압을 발생시키지 않으면서 펌프(7)에 의해 압력탱크(7)로 이송된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 역삼투 유니트(2), 농축물 배출라인에 설치된 압력유지 밸브(3) 및 침투물 용기로서 압력탱크(7)를 포함하는 음료수 처리 장치에 있어서, 역삼투 유니트(2)로 부터 배출되는 침투물이 관의 압력하에 놓인 농축물에 의해 작동되는 펌프(4)에 의해 압력탱크(7)로 간헐적으로 이송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료수 처리 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 펌핑측면(5)에는 역삼투 유니트(2)로 뻗은 라인(12) 및 압력탱크(7)로 뻗은 라인(14)이 중간에 첵 밸브(10, 11)가 접속된 채로 연결되는 한편, 작동측면(6)에는 역삼투 유니트(2)로 부터 나온 라인(15) 및 유출라인(16)이 연결되고, 상기 라인들(15, 16)은 각각 하나의 압력유지 밸브(3, 18)를 가지는 펌프(4)로서 격막 펌프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료수 처리장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 미처리수 공급라인(17)에 그리고 펌프(4)로 부터 압력탱크(7)로의 라인(14)에 접속된 수압식 차단 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료수 처리 장치.
  4. 상기 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 역삼투 유니트(2)와 펌프(4) 사이에 접속된 일시저장탱크(19)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료수 처리 장치.
