나. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 과제
본 발명은 신발 중창을 투명 재질과 불투명 유색 재질로 된 2중 재질로 형성하여 에어 쿳션 효과를 발바닥 전체에 고루 미칠 수 있게 하면서 통풍 기능을 갖도록 하고 투명 재질과 유색 재질에 의한 색상 배열에 따른 조형미를 부여하여 상품 외관미를 향상시킨데 요지가 있음.
다. 발명의 해결방법의 요지.
포리 우레탄이나 EVA 등 탄력성 합성수지 재질로서 신발 중창을 형성함에 있어서, 중창(2)의 구성을 투명 재질의 상면판(6)과 불투명 유색재질의 하면판(5)으로 분할 성형하되 상면판(6)에는 환상요입부(7)(8)와 융설부(9) 및 환기통로(11)를 형성하고 하면판(3)에는 용출관(4)와 지주간(5)을 돌설하여 이들을 고주파 접착시키므로서 내측에 에어 쿳션실(10)과 통풍실(10a) 및 외주면에 보조 에어실(10b)을 각각 형성하여 발바닥 전체에 걸친 에어 쿳션 효과와 에어 쿳션실 보호막 기능을 갖도록 함을 특징으로 하는 완충성과 통풍성이 양호한 개량신발.

Claims (2)

  1. 포리 우레탄이나 EVA등 탄력성 합성수지 재질로서 신발 중창을 형성한데 있어서, 중창(2)의 구성을 투명 재질의 상면판(6)과 불투명 유색 재질의 하면판(5)으로 분할성형하되 상면판(6)에는 환상 요입부(7)(8)와 융설부(9) 및 환기통로(11)를 형성하고 하면판(3)에는 융출관(4)과 지주간(5)을 돌설하여 이들을 고주파 접착시키므로서 내측에 에어 쿳션실(10)과 통풍실(10a) 및 외주면에 보조에어실(10b)을 각각 형성하여 발바닥 전체에 걸친 에어 쿳션 효과와 에어 쿳션실 보호막 기능을 갖도록 함을 특징으로 하는 완충성과 통풍성이 양호한 개량신발.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 통풍실(10a)의 저면측에 공지의 역지밸브(15)(15a)를 갖는 통기관(16)(16a)을 착설하여 신발 내부의 공기를 통기로(11)측으로부터 흡입한 후 통풍실(10a)을 경유하여 배출할 수 있게 함을 특징으로 하는 완충성과 통풍성이 양호한 개량신발.
