양발 및 신발류(Footwear articles)용 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 적층품

Claims (9)

  1. 양말 및 신발류에 있어서, 방수성, 통기성 및 신축성을 가지며, 선택된 신축성과 1000gms/㎡/일이상의 습기투과율을 가진 엘라스토머성이며 친수성인층과 이층에 연속적으로 연결된 형상으로 1000gms/㎡ 일이상의 습기투과율을 가지며 물과의 접촉각이 90도이상으로 향상된 연속적인 소수성층으로 적층조합되어 이루어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 양말 및 신발류.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 선택된 신축성을 가지고 있는 섬유외면층을 함유하고 있으며 이층이 친수성층과 적층접촉해 있음을 특징으로 하는 양말 및 신발류.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 소수성층이 발포성 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌의 미소다공성 시이트를 함유하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 양말 및 신발류.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 친핵성층으로 결합된 층을 연신시키되 소수성층을 이의 항복점보다 적어도 5%는 한방향으로 신장시켜 연신시킴으로써 선택된 신축성이 부여됨을 특징으로 하는 양말 및 신발류.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 친수성층 및 소수성층이 결합되어 있는 층을 통기성이 있도록, 접착제를 점의형태로 사용하여 외면층에 부착하였음을 특징으로 하는 양말 및 신발류.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 착용자의 발주위에 편안하게 잘맞도록한 양말의 형태를 특징으로 하는 양말 및 신발류.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 양말이 적층조합으로 만들어진 패널을 가지고 있음을 특징으로 하는 양말 및 신발류.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 양말 및 신발류의 외면내에서 잘맞게 움직일 수 있도록 만들어진 라이너의 형태를 특징으로 하는 양말 및 신발류.
  9. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 안대기용 외면하우징내에서 적층조합이 안대기를 만듬을 특징으로 하는 양말 및 신발류.
