Abstract
링 정방기에 있어서 단사 필라멘트의 절단공급장치가 기재되어 있다.
당해 장치는 얀 가이드(13), 공급 롤러(1, 2), 흡인 흡퍼 가이드(3), 톱 플레이트용 구동부재(10, 11), 톱플레이트(5), 버텀 플레이트(7), 플레이트 압착용 스프링 부재(16), 컷터 부재(9) 및 파이버 가이드(12)를 포함한다.
본 발명의 절단공급장치를 링 정장기에 사용함으로써 코어사가 아닌 방적사를 제공할 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따르는 필라멘트 절단공급장치가 펜듈럼 웨이팅 암(pendulum weighting arm)에 부착되어 있는 상태를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
제2도는 본 발명에 따르는 필라멘트 절단공급장치가 프런트 롤러 위에 설치되어 있는 상태를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
제3도는 본 발명의 절단공급장치의 확대 단면도이다.
제4도는 본 발명의 절단공급장치의 컷터 부재의 확대 평면도이다.
Claims (4)
- 링 정방기에 있어서, 얀 가이드(13), 공급 롤러(1, 2), 흡인 흡퍼 가이드(3), 톱 플레이트용 구동부재(10, 11), 톱 플레이트(5), 버텀 플레이트(7), 플레이트 압착용 스프링 부재(16), 컷터 부재(9) 및 파이버 가이드(12)로 구성되어 있는 단사 필라멘트의 절단공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡인 흡퍼 가이드(3)가 톱 플레이트(5)와 일체를 이루고 있는 절단공급장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 흡인 흡퍼 가이드(3)의 구멍(6)이 테이퍼형인 절단공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡인 흡퍼 가이드(3)의 구멍(6)과 버텀 플레이트(7)의 구멍(8)의 직경비가 1 : 5인 절단공급장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
