Abstract

본 발명은 중질유를 분해해서 가솔린, 등유등의 경질유를 얻기위한 유동접촉분해법에 관한 것으로서 니켈이나 바나듐등의 중금속분이 많이 함유되는 중질유를 접촉분해해도 중금속에 의한 촉매성능의 저하가 적은 중질유의 유동접촉분해법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 그 구성에 있어서, 니켈과 바나듐을 합계량으로 0.5ppm이상 함유한 중질유를 유동접촉분해하는데 있어서, 반응대역, 분리대역, 스트립핑대역, 촉매재생대역을 구비하는 유동접촉분해장치내를 순환유동하는 평형촉매의 일부를 뽑아내고, 뽑아낸 평형촉매를 자기분리기를 사용해서 착자성 접촉입자와 비착자성촉매입자로 구분하고, 비착자성촉매입자를 10emu/g이하의 포화자화를 가진 페라이트입자를 함유한 촉매와 함께 장치내로 되돌리는 것을 특징으로 하는 종질유의 유동접촉분해법.

제3도는 실시예 및 비교예에 있어서의 통유일수와 비착자성촉매입자의 Ni농도(CN)와 착자성촉매입자의 Ni농도(CM)의 비(N/CM)의 관계를 표시한 그래프.

Claims (1)

  1. 니켈과 바나듐을 합계량으로 0.5ppm이상 함유한 중질유를 유동접촉분해하는 데 있어서, 반응대역, 분리대역, 스트립핑대역, 촉매재생대역을 구비하는 유동접촉분해장치내를 순환유동하는 평형촉매의 일부를 뽑아내고, 뽑아낸 평형촉매를 자기분리기를 사용해서 착자성접촉입자와 비착자성촉매입자로 구분하고 비착자성촉매입자를 10emu/g이하의 포화자화를 가진 페라이트입자를 함유한 촉매와 함께 장치내로 되돌리는 것을 특징으로 하는 중질유의 유동접촉분해법.
