Abstract

본 발명은 가정용 또는 업무용으로 이용되는 수분 함유 음식찌꺼기 처리장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 음식찌꺼기를 폐기하는 경우, 별도로 준비한 쓰레받기 등에 음식쓰레기를 받아서 폐기시켜야 했고, 또한 교반용기내에서의 통기 불충분하여, 음식찌꺼기의 건조가 늦어지므로, 악취 발생의 원인이 되었으며, 음식찌꺼기가 달라붙은 문제가 있고, 더우기 이에 따라 교반효율이 떨어지는 문제가 있었다.
본 발명은 수분 함유 음식찌꺼기의 취입구를 가지는 케이싱내에 음식찌꺼기와 공기가 통과하는 통과공을 다수 형성한 교반용기와 이 교반용기의 하방에 수용상자를 취입자재하게 배치함과 동시에, 상기 교반용기내에, 구동원에 의해 회전자재한 교반브레이드를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 수분 함유 음식찌꺼기 처리장치를 제안하여, 종래의 처리장치가 가지는 문제점을 해소하는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 분쇄장치 및 탈수장치에 연결되어서, 이 분쇄장치 및 탈수장치에 의해서, 분쇄 탈수시킨 음식찌꺼기를 더욱 탈수건조처리하는 수분 함유 음식찌꺼기 처리장치에 있어서, 수분 함유 음식찌꺼기의 취입구를 가지는 케이싱내에, 음식찌꺼기와 공기가 통과하는 통과공을 다수 형성한 교반용기와 이 교반용기의 하방에 수용상자를 취외자재하게 배치함과 동시에, 상기 교반용기내에, 구동원에 의해 회전자재한 교반브레이드를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 수분 함유 음식찌꺼기 처리장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 케이싱에, 교반용기내의 통기를 양호하게 하기 위한 흡기용 팬 또는 배기용 팬을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 수분 함유 음식찌꺼기 처리장치.
