Abstract
본 발명은 수도관, 가스관의 접속부에 대한 기밀유지나 또는 선가닥 수가 많은 통신케이블의 접속 외피보호용으로 사용되는 열수축성 시키의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 이는 폴리 올레핀을 압출기로 성형한 후, 핫드로윙 방식의 가교공정을 거쳐 물성향상을 시킨 다음 팽창공정에서 팽창(연신)시키고, 가교 팽창된 폴리올레핀 사이에 보강재를 넣어 1차적으로 융착한 후, 그 양면에 보호시트를 2차적으로 밀착 가공하는 종래 제조 방법의 문제점을 해소하고자 하는 것이다
이에 따른 본 발명의 제조방법은 폴리올레핀을 압출성형하여 소정크기로 수축시키는 제1공정과, 상기 수축된 폴리올레핀을 상온 가열하여 소정크기로 팽창(연신)시키는 제2공정과, 상기 팽창된 폴리올레핀에 보강재를 밀착가공하는 제3공정과, 상기 보강재가 밀착된 폴리올레핀을 가교시키는 제4공정으로 행하는 것으로, 이 방법에 의해 가교후의 신율이 가교전의 신율에 비해 낮아지는 차이만큼 가교전의 폴리올레핀을 고연신 시킴으로서 수축률의 저하를 막을 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.

Claims (10)
- 폴리올레핀 열수축성 시트를 제조함에 있어서, 폴리올레핀을 압출성형하여 소정크기로 수축시키는 제1공정과, 상기 수축된 폴리올레핀을 상온 가열하여 소정크기로 팽창(연신)시키는 제2공정과, 상기 팽창된 폴리올레핀에 보강재를 밀착가공하는 제3공정과, 상기 보강재가 밀착된 팽창 폴리올레핀을 가교시키는 제4공정 순으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2공정의 팽창(연신)은 냉각인반(Cold drawwing)에 의해 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 냉각인반에 의한 팽창은 수지융점보다 낮은 온도의 상온에서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀의 연신율을 적어도 500 내지 550[%]범위로 함을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 팽창공정의 연신은 열가소성 수지인 폴리올레핀의 응력 변형도 곡선의 탄성범위 이상으로 함을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제3공정의 밀착가공시 적용된느 보강재는 초피드 파이버, 직물, 니트, 부직포, 또는 파이버를 선택적으로 적용함을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 6항에 있어서, 보강재의 접착은 열융착으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제4공정의 가교 수단으로 물이 들어가 가수분해되어 반응을 일으키는 수가교 또는 화학가교, 또는 광을 이용한 조사가교를 선택적으로 이용함을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1공정의 폴리올레핀을 압출성형하기 위한 수단으로 피드죤, 엘팅죤, 헤드 앤드 다이죤을 선택적으로 이용함을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 시트의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 압출성형의 다수죤에 대한 압출성형 온도가 적어도 140℃내지 210℃범위내에 포함되게 하는 열수축성 시트의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
