Abstract

유기질바인더, 무기질수경재, 보강섬유등의 수혼련물을 연속 압출하는 창문틀 제조방법에 있어서, 저부에 소정의 단면구조를 갖는 받침부를 최소면적이 접촉하도록 형성하여 압출하므로서 통상의 판낼, 벽체 등에 용이하게 조립하는 창문틀에 관한 것임.

Claims (3)

  1. 유기질바인더, 무기질수경재, 보강섬유 또는 경량골재류 등을 수혼련물을 일정단면 형상으로 연속 압출하는 창문틀 제조방법에 있어서, 압출제품의 저부에 받침부(7)가 저부에 최소접촉면을 갖도록 형성되게 압출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 창문틀 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 받침부(7)가 원형, 다각형 중의 어느 한 형태의 단면구조를 갖고 있으며, 조립턱(6)(6a)의 내외측면에 다수의 요철무늬가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창문틀 제조방법.
  3. 유기질바인더, 무기질수경재, 보강섬유 또는 경량골재류 등을 수혼련물을 일정단의 형상으로 연속압출하는 창문틀을 제조함에 있어서, 압출제품의 저부에 원형, 다각형의 어느 한가지로 되는 단면구조의 저면 받침부(7)가 형성된 연속압출식 창문틀.
