Abstract

본 발명은 열수축성 튜브 제조시 튜브의 팽창전에 가열할수 있도록한 열수축성 튜브 가열장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 가열용히터를 매체로한 한쌍의 가열롤 표면에 열수축성 튜브를 접촉시켜 적정온도까지 가열할 수 있도록한 것이다.
본 발명은 기대에 이격되는 상태로 가열롤고정측을 고정설치하되, 이 가열롤 고정축에는 외주연에 다수개의 요홈 형성되고, 내부 주연에 가열용히타가 내장 설치된 가열롤을 축설하여, 상기 가열롤의 외주연에 다수개 형성된 요홈에 열수축성 튜브를 지그재그로 연결되게 설치하여 열수축성 튜브 전체를 균일하게 가열할 수 있도록함과 동시에 가열롤 이격거리를 요홈갯수에 따라 축소하므로서, 설치면적을 적게 차지하도록 하면서 가열효과를 가일층 향상시킬 수 있도록한 것이 그특징이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 열수축성 튜브를 가열시킬 수 있도록 한 가열장치에 있어서, 기대(1)에 이격되는 상태로 가열롤고정축(2), (2')을 고정설치하되 이 가열 롤고정축(2), (2')에는 외주연에 다수개의 요홈(6), (6') 형성되고 내부주연에 가열용히터(4), (4')가 내장설치된 가열롤(3), (3′)을 축설하여, 상기 가열롤(3), (3')의 외주연에 다수개 형성된 요홈(6), (6')에 열수축성 튜브(10)를 지그재그로 연결되게 설치하여 가열할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 튜브 가열장치.
