Abstract

본 발명은 열 수축성 튜브 가열장치에 관한 것으로, 가열로울러 외주면에 별도의 회전로울러를 설치하여 이를 브래킷으로 회전축에 연결고정하고 고정된 가열로울러의 열을 받은 회전로울러가 회전하며 권취된 열 수축성 튜브를 간접가열에 의해 연속가열하도록 된 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 열수축성 튜브 가열장치에 있어서, 열수축성 튜브를 간접가열에 의한 가열이 되도록 하기 위해 히터(53)와 열전대(54)를 내장한 가열로울러(10)를 고정하도록 형성된 고정벽(11)과 가열로울러(10)의 외주면에 결합되는 나선상의 홈으로 형성된권취가이드(15)와 다수의 나사공(16)을 갖는 원통형의 회전로울러(l4), 상기 회전축(13)과 회전로울러(14)를 결합하도록 형성된 고정부(18), 다수의 나사공(19) (20)을 갖는 원판형의 브래킷(17), 간격부재(22)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한 열수축성 튜브 가열장치.
