Abstract

본 발명은 열 본체의 온도를 지시하기 위한 지시기와 열 본체를 포함하는 열 효율 장치(30)에 관한 것이고, 상기 지시기는 그 일단부가 열 본체와 접촉하고 다른 단부가 비가열부에 연결된 스트립형 온도 감축기(10)와, 사용자가 열 본체를 터치할 수 있는 안전 온도와 주위 온도 사이에서 그 변화를 나타내는 지점에서 상기 온도 감축기상에 배치되고 가시 특성의 변화를 나타내는 전이 온도 물질부(12)를 포함한다. 동일 원리를 사용할때, 열본체가 "사용 준비"온도를 달성하는 것을 지시하는 변화를 제2기판이 나타내는 방법으로 상기 온도 감축기상에 제2기판을 배열하는 것이 가능하다.
사용분야 : 평면 다리미, 쿡-탑, 쿡킹 오븐, 토스터, 난방 장치 등등

제1도는 제1전이 온도 물질부에 구비된 온도 감축기의 선도, 제2도는 열 본체 온도의 기능과 같은 제1전이 온도 물질부의 온도 변화를 도시한 그래프, 제3도는 온도 감축기를 구비한 평면 다리미의 선도, 제4도는 제1전이 온도 물질부에 구비된 온도 감축기의 선도.

Claims (11)

  1. 열 본체(31)와 열 본체의 온도는 지시하는 지시기를 포함하는 열효과 장치(30)에 있어서, 제1단부에서의 제1온도(Tc)와 제2단부에서의제2온도(Ts) 사이의 열 구배를 제공하고, 제2온도가 제1온도보다 더 낮으며 감축기의 제1단부가 열 본체에 고정되는 적어도 하나의 온도 감축기(10)와, 제1및 제2단부 사이의 온도 감축기상에 배치되고 제1온도(Tc)가 예정된 기준 온도(Tr)에 도달할때 가시 특성의 변화를 나타내는 적어도 하나의 전이 온도 물질부(12)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감축기는 얇은 협소폭 스트립 또는 라디에이터 또는, 구배 형성 와이어에 연결된 베이스 또는, 열 구배를 형성하는 베이스부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가시 특성은 착색 또는 광반사/투과 계수인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항 있어서, 상기 기준 온도(Tr)가 안전 온도(TCo)와 동일할 때 제1온도에서의 전이를 나타내는 제1전이 온도 물질부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전이 온도 물질부가 액정 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 안전 온도는 40℃와 70℃사이에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기준 온도 (Tr)가 사용 준비 사실을 나타내는 장치의온도(TPAE)와 동일할 때 제2온도에서의 전이를 나타내는 제2전이 온도 물질부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
  8. 제4항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 제1전이 온도 물질부와 제2전이 온도 물질부는 단일 온도 감축기상에 배치된것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제4항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1전이 온도 물질부와 제2전이 온도 물질부는 다른 온도 감축기상에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 다수 방향으로부터 볼 수 있도록 하기 위해 다른 위치에서 상기 장치상에 배열된 다수의 감축기/물질부 조합을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열 본체는 편면 다리미의 바닥면에, 또는 쿡-탑이나 전기 히터 판에, 또는 쿡킹오븐, 공기 조절 장치, 가열 장치 또는 토스터의 벽에 의해 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
