Abstract
본 발명은 칼라플라즈마 표시장치의 개선된 형광체 도포방법을 개신한다. 종래에는 형광체가 후막인쇄방법으로 도포되었으므로 균일한 도포가 이루어지지 않으며 도포면의 형상등에 제약을 받는 문제가 있었다. 본 발명에서는 식각방법에 의해 형광체를 도포함으로써 이러한 종래의 문제점들을 해결하였다.The present invention discloses an improved phosphor coating method of a color plasma display device. Conventionally, since the phosphor was applied by a thick film printing method, there is a problem in that uniform coating is not made and the shape of the coated surface is restricted.
