형광체의 도포, 노광, 현상공정으로 이루어지는 방법에 있어서, 상기 도포공정을, 그 내면이 상향된 채 일정각도 경사진 축을 통하여 저속회전되는 패널의 상부로부터 일시에 복수개소의 슬러리공급원을 통하여 슬러리가 공급되도록 함으로써 슬러리가 패널의 내면에 전체적으로 골고루 확포되도록 하는 공정과, 이어서 바로 상기 패널을 고속회전시킴으로써 슬러리가 패널의 내면에 일정두께로 도포한 후 그 잉여분을 회수하는 공정으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운관의 형광면 제작방법.In the method comprising the application, exposure and development of the phosphor, slurry is supplied through a plurality of slurry supply sources at a time from the top of the panel which is rotated at a low speed through an inclined angle at an angle with the inner surface thereof upward.
