Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an antidazzled material having excellent quality and reproducibility by printing a transparent base plate with a coating agent and forming fine unevenness of a printing plate on the surface of the film of the coating agent. CONSTITUTION:A composition in which resin such as thermplastic or thermosetting synthetic resin or the like is dissolved or dispersed with water and/or organic solvent or a solventless composition is coated by gravure or screen printing on a transparent base 1 such as glass or acrylic resin or the like, thereby forming a coating agent film 2. In this case, unevenness such as crests 3 and valleys 4 are formed on the film 2 in response to the plate seams at the time of printing. After the printing, it is dried and hardened by natural drying, heating ultraviolet ray or electron beam emission. The unevenness thus formed preferably has a depth larger than 2mu and the number of the unevenness is preferably more than 50 lines per inch. 0.1-50wt% of flatting agent 7 or body pigment may be mixed with the coating agent.
