Abstract

본 발명은 탄탈콘덴서의 소자 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 탄탈분말의 입도 사이즈(크기)를 로탭밀에서 시브를 이용하여 걸러내어 입도가 거의 비슷한 분말끼리만 소결함으로서 내압 특성과 누설전류 특성이 향상되고, 소자내 화성액이 내부에 잘 침투하여 Ta2O5피막 생성을 균일하게 하여 주며, 함침액이 잘 침투함에 따라 손실특성을 개선하여 특성이 우수한 탄탈콘덴서를 제조할 수 있도록한 탄탈콘덴서 소자 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

  1. 로탭밀의 시비를 이용하여 탄탈분말 입자중 작은입자와 굵은입자를 걸러 입자의 크기가 같은(비슷한)입자끼리만으로 소결성형하여 내압과 주설전류 특성이 우수한 탄탈콘덴서 소자를 제조함을 특징으로한 탄탈콘덴서 소자 제조방법.
