Abstract

본 발명은 기록가능한 광자기시스템의 자기헤드 로딩-언로딩장치에 관한 것이다. 카트리지(12)에 내장된 디스크(10)의 저면 정보를 재생하는 픽업(16)이 픽업이송축(40)에서 이송될 수 있게되어 있고 축방향으로 리으베이스(42)가 연장되어 외향탄지형 토오션스프링(52)이 결합된 링크힌지(44)를 통하여 링크(46)를 수직으로 배치연결하고 링크(46)의 상단에는 내향탄지형 토오션스프링(54)이 결합돈 어댑터힌지(50)를 통하여 자기헤드(18)가 착설된 자기헤드어댑터(48)가 수평으로 연결된다. 링크(46)의 하측에 인접하여 이에 작용하는 전자석(60)이 착설되어 자기헤드(18)로 디스크(10)에 녹음시 링크(46)를 인력으로 당기도록 한다. 자기헤드어댑터(48)의 상부면에 후크부재(58)가 착설되고 커버(32)의 저면에는 리프터(56)가 착설되어 커버(32)의 개방시 이를 통하여 자기헤드(18)를 회전상승시킨다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따른 광자기시스템에서 디스크에 자기헤드가 로딩된 상태를 보인 개략사시도, 제3abc도는 각각 본 발명의 자기헤드가 로딩된 상태, 언로딩된 상태, 그리고 커어버 개방시 자기헤드 및 디스크가 개방된 상태를 보인 개략 단면도, 제4도는 본 발명 장치에서 디스크 카트리지가 안내되는 레일과 커어버의 결합구조를 보인 사시도.

Claims (2)

  1. 디스크(10)의 상부면에 정보를 기록하는 자기헤드(18)와, 상기 자기헤드(18)가 착설된 자기헤드어댑터(48)와, 자기헤드어댑터(48)의 상부면에 형성된 후크부재(58)와, 커버(32)의 후크부재(58)에 대응하여 저면에 설치되며 커버 개방시 후크부재(58)에 결합되어 자기헤드어댑터(48)를 회전 상승시키는 리프터(56)와, 상기 자기헤드어댑터(48)를 지지하는 링크(46)와, 링크(46)의 하측부에 설치되어 자기헤드를 로딩-언로딩시키기 위한 전자석(60)으로 구성되는 기록가능한 광자기기록시스템의 자기헤드 로딩-언로딩장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 링크(46)는 상단에 어댑터힌지(50)를 구비하여 자기헤드어댑터(48)를 수평으로 배치연결하며, 하단에 링크힌지(44)를 통하여 링크베이스(42)와 연결되도록 구성됨을 기록가능한 광자기기록시스템의 자기헤드 로딩-언로딩장치.
