Abstract
본 발명은 산업용 가스 터빈의 다수의 연소실을 가지는 연소기내의 각각의 연소실에 사용하기 적합한 연료 배정 장치에 관한 것이다. 연료 배정 장치는 각각의 연소실내로 흐르는 연소 공기에 맞춰 조정된다. 이것은 각각의 연소실의 각각의 연소 반응 구역내로의 공기 흐름의 변동을 고려하여 연료-공기의 혼합기를 조정한다. 연료 배정 장치에 의해서, 균일한 연료-공기 혼합기가 가스 터빈내의 각각의 연소실에 제공된다. 연료 배정 장치는 각각의 연소실로의 연료 유량, 각각의 연소실내의 동압력, 및 터빈 배기 온도의 감지기 입력 자료를 이용하여 조정된다.

Claims (12)
- 압축기; 상기 압축기로 부터 압축된 공기를 수용하는 다수의 연소실을 가지는 연소기; 상기 압축기에 구동가능하게 연결되고 상기 연소기로 부터 배기를 수용하는 터빈; 및 다수의 연소실을 가지는 상기 연소기의 각각의 연소실에 연료를 제공하고 각각의 연소실에 대한 공기흐름과 맞춰지도록 각각의 연소실에 연료를 배정하는 연료 시스템을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터빈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연료 시스템은 각각의 연소실에 대한 공기흐름과 맞춰지도록 각각의 연소실에 연료를 배정하기 위해 연속적으로 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터빈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연료 시스템은 각각의 연소실에 대한 공기흐름과 맞춰지도록 각각의 연소실에 연료를 배정하기 위해 수동으로 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터빈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연료 시스템은 각각의 연소실용의 하나 이상의 연료 제어 배정 밸브를 구비하며, 상기 연료 제어 배정 밸브는 직렬 연결된 조정가능한 연료 배정 밸브와 배정 연료 오리피스 및 상기 연료 배정 밸브와 배정 연료 오리피스에 병렬연결된 주 연료 오리피스를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터빈.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 연소실은 제1 및 제2반응 구역을 포함하고 각각의 상기 구성 구역은 해당 연료 제어 배정 밸브를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터빈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연료 시스템은 상기 연소기의 모든 연소실에 거의 균일한 연료-공기비를 유지시키도록 각각의 연소실에 연료를 배정하는 것을 연료-공기비를 유지시키도록 각각의 연소실에 연료를 배정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터빈.
- 다수의 연소실을 가지는 가스 터빈의 연소부로서, 상기 연소실중 하나 이상은 압축기로 부터 공기를 수용하고 연료 분배기로 부터 연료를 수용하는 하나 이상의 연소 반응 구역을 구비하며, 상기 연료 분배기는 배정 연료 오리피스 및 연료 배정 밸브를 구비하며, 상기 연소실중 하나 이상을 위한 상기 연료 배정 밸브는 연소실로의 연료흐름을 배정하도록 개별적으로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터빈의 연소부.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 연료 배정 밸브는 연소실로의 연료흐름이 상기 연소실내로 흐르는 공기와 맞춰져서 상기 연소실내에서 선택된 연료-공기비를 얻게 되도록 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소부.
- 다수의 연소실을 가지며, 각각의 연소실용의 하나 이상의 연료 제어 배정 밸브를 포함하는 연료 시스템 및 각각의 연소실로의 연료흐름과 터빈을 통과하는 연소가스의 온도 분포 및 각각의 연소실내의 동압력을 지시하는 감지기를 구비하는 가스 터빈내의 각각의 연소실에 연료를 배정하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 ⒜각각의 연소실에 대한 연료흐름 및 동압력과 연소배기 가스의 온도 분포를 감지하여 그 자료를 얻는 단계; ⒝ ⒜단계에서 얻은 자료를 사용하여 선택된 연료-공기비가 각각의 연소실내에 유지되도록 각각의 연소실의 연료 제어 배정 밸브를 조정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, ⒝ 단계는 선택된 연료-공기비는 모든 연소실내에는 거의 균일한 연료-공기비로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, ⒝ 단계는 가스 터빈의 조작중에 한번 이상 수동으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
