Abstract

본 발명은 선박 또는 건축물의 구획공간을 구분짓는 간막이 형태의 벽체의 조립방법과 이의 구조물과 이의 조립방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 벽체(10)와 이웃하는 벽체(10a)들은 이들의 외측판넬(14) 양측단부위에 종방향으로 형성된 돌출된 쐐기형 끼움부(23)와 이에 대응되는 쐐기형 요흠부(24)의 끼워맞춤에 의해 서로 연결 결합되고, 이 벽체(10)와 베이스 플레이트(11)는 벽체(10a)의 하부에 형성된 하부 안착부(15a)가 베이스 플레이트(11)의 플랜지부(11a)에 얹혀져 스크류(19)로 체결되어 조립되는 한편, 상기 벽체(10)의 상부에 형성된 상부안착부(15b)는 천장부재(12)의 선단부가 끼워져 스크류(21)로 체결되어 조립됨에 따라 벽체의 조립이 자기지지강화 강막이 형태로 설치될 뿐만 아니라 조립완성후 별도의 평탄작업 내지는 정확도 작업과 같은 후처리 공정이 삭제되고 불필요한 보강부재를 제거시켜 중량감소와 조립결합작업의 단순화가 이루어지는 잇점등이 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 선박 또는 건축물의 구획공간을 구분짓는 간막이 역할을 수행하는 벽체의 조립방법에 있어서, 상기 벽체(10)와 이웃하는 벽체(10a)들은 이들의 외측판넬(14) 양측단부위에 연속 종방향으로 형성된 돌출된 쐐기형 끼움부(23)와 이에 대응되는 쐐기형 요홈부(24)의 끼워맞춤에 의해 서로 연결 결합되고, 상기 벽체(10)와 베이스 플레이트(11)는 이 벽체(10a)의 하부에 형성된 하부 안착부(15a)가 베이스 플레이트(11)의 플랜지부(11a)에 얹혀져 스크류(19)로 체결되어 조립되는 한편, 상기 벽체(10)의 상부에 형성된 상부안착부(15b)는 천장부재(12)의 선단부가 끼워져 스크류(21)로 체결 조립되어지는 방식으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 벽체의 조립방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 쐐기형 끼움부(23)와 쐐기형 요홈부(24) 사이에는 실리콘(27)을 매개로 끼워져 조립되는 방식으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 벽체의 조립방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벽체(10)의 내측판넬(15)에 형성된 결합맞춤부들(25)은 스크류(26)의 체결방식으로 조립되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 벽체의 조립방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벽체(10)와 이의 측면으로 결합되는 측면벽체들(10b)은 이들의 연결부위에 종방향으로 연장된 연결브라켓트(28)에 의해 결합조립되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 벽체의 조립방법.
  5. 선박 또는 건축물의 구획공간을 구분짓는 간막이 역할을 수행하는 벽체의 구조물에 있어서, 상기 벽체(10)와 이웃하는 벽체(10a)들은 이들의 외측판넬(14)에 형성된 돌출된 쐐기형 끼움부(23)와 쐐기형 요흠부(24)의 끼워 맞춤에 의해 연결되고 내측판넬(15)에 형성된 결합맞춤부들(25)에는 스크류(26)가 체결되어 있으며, 이벽체(10)가 베이스 플레이트(11)와 천장부재(12)에 안착부(15a,15b)와 플랜지부(11a)에 맞추어져 스크류들(19,21) 체결되어 자기지지강화 구조물 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 벽체의 구조물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 쐐기형 끼움부(23)와 쐐기형 요홈부(24) 사이에 실리콘(27)이 끼워져 장착되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 벽체의 구조물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 벽체(10,10a)와 천정부재(12)들은 방화재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 벽체의 구조물.
