Abstract

본 발명은 아연도금강판을 크로메이트 처리하는데 필요한 처리용액에 관한 것으로서, 용액성분이 어느정도 변화되어도 밝고 옅은 황색의 표면색상을 띄는 피막이 일정하게 얻어지는 양호한 작업성을 갖는 아연도금강판용 크로메이트 처리용액을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 아연도금강판용 크로메이트 처리용액에 있어서, 크롬6가이온 : 0.003~0.02몰농도(mole/liter), 황산이온 : 상기 크롬6가이온농도의 3-5배, 수소이온 : 상기 크롬6가이온농도의 1-3배, 불소이온 : 0.005~0.05몰농도, 아연이온 : 2.0~15.0그램/미터, 및 크롬3가이온 : 0.5~5.0그램/리터로 조성되는 아연도금강판용 크로메이트 처리용액을 그 요지로 한다.

  1. 아연도금강판용 크로메이트 처리용액에 있어서, 크롬6가이온 : 0.003~0.2몰농도(mole/liter), 황산이온 : 상기 크롬6가이온농도의 3-5배, 수소이온농도 : 상기 크롬6가이온농도의 1-3배, 불소이온 : 0.005~0.05몰농도, 아연이온 : 2.0~15.0그램/리터, 및 크롬3가이온 : 0.5~5.0그렘/리터로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 아연도금강판용 크로메이트 처리용액.
