Abstract
설폰화 알킬 페놀 5내지 200ppm을 원유에 가하여 나프텐산 부식 조건에서 원유와 접촉하는 철 금속 프로세스 배관 및 장비의 나프텐산 부식을 억제한다. 본원에는 부식-억제된 탄화수소 유체, 설폰화 알킬 페놀을 사용한 뜨거운 탄화수소의 가공을 개선시키는 방법. 이를 사용하여 나프텐산 부식을 억제하는 방법, 및 설폰화 알킬페놀로 탄화수소를 촉매적 가공하여 철 화합물에 의한 촉매 중독을 피하는 방법이 기술되어 있다.

Claims (8)
- 부식량의 나프텐산을 포함하는 탄화후소유체에 부식-억제량의 설폰화 알킬-치환된 페놀을 가함을 특징으로 하여, 부식량의 나프텐산을 포함하는 탄화수소 유체와 접촉하는 철금속 표면을 처리하는 방법.
- 부식량의 나프텐산을 포함하는 탄화수소 유체와 나프텐산 부식 억제 유효량의 설폰화 알킬-치환된 페놀의 균질 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 설폰화 알킬-치환된 페놀을 뜨거운 탄화수소 유체와 접촉하는 금속 표면상에 부식-억제 차단층을 형성시키기에 유효한 양으로 뜨거운 탄화수소 유체에 가하고, 탄화수소 유체중에 충분한 설폰화 알킬 페놀을 유지시켜 부식-억제 차단층을 유지시킴을 포함하여, 뜨거운 탄화수소 유체와 접촉하는 철표면의 나프텐산 부식을 억제하는 방법.
- 부식-억제량의 설폰화 알킬-치환된 페놀을 부식량의 나프텐산을 포함하여 촉매-손상량의 철 부식 생성물을 거의 함유하지 않는 탄화수소 유체에 가하고, 프로세스 배관의 금속 표면을 부식-억제된 탄화수소 유체와 접촉시킨 후, 탄화수소-처리 촉매를 금속 표면 하류의 부식-억제된 탄화수소 유체와 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여, 탄화수소 유체를 촉매 처리하는 방법.
- 탄화수소 유체가, 약 200℃내지 400℃의 온도에서 산가가 0.2 이상인 원유, 정유소 가스 오일 분류물, 정유소 경윤활유 분류물, 정유소 대기 타워 잔유, 또는 정유소 진공 타워 잔유를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 발명.
- 제5항에 있어서, 알킬페놀의 알킬 치환체의 탄소수가 4내지 20이고 알킬페놀의 설폰화율이 70%이상인 발명.
- 제5항에 있어서, 설폰화 알킬페놀이 탄화수소 유체중에 5내지 200ppm으로 존재하는 발명.
- 제7항에 있어서, 설폰화 알킬페놀이 노닐 페놀 설폰산을 포함하는 발명※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
