Abstract
본 발명은 난연성 및 내충격성이 우수한 역사소성 수지 조성물이 제공되는 것으로, 폴리카보네이트 수지 10~90중량부, 폴리에스테르 수지 10~90중량부, 스티렌계 공중합수지 1~30중량부, 다관능성화합물 0.5~10중량부, 인계화합물 0.01~2중량부, 페놀계화합물 0.01~2중량부, 브로미네이트비스페놀-에이 카보네이트올리고머 5~25중량부 및 안티몬옥사이드 1~10중량부로 구성되며 난연성, 내충격성의 향상은 물론 성형가공시의 가공성이 향상된다.

Claims (7)
- 폴리카보네이트 수지 10~90중량부, 폴리에스테르 수지 10~90중량부, 스티렌계 공중합수지 1~30중량부, 다관능성화합물 0.5~10중량부, 인계화합물 0.01~2중량부, 페놀계화합물 0.01~2중량부, 브로미네이트비스페놀-에이 카보네이트올리고머 5~25중량부 및 안티몬옥사이드 1~10중량부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리카보네이트 수지는 방향족의 비스페놀-에이단위를 가지며 평균분자량이 10,000 내지 80,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르수지는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트로서 극한점도가 0.4 내지 1.2인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스티렌계 공중합수지는 스티렌과 올레핀과의 공중합수지로서 디블록 또는 트리브록으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다관능성 화합물은 주쇄를 에틸렌-아크릴레이트-말레익안하드라이드로 하고 폴리스티렌이 그래프트된 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인계화합물은 모노에스테르 또는 디에스테르 형태의 포스페이트 1종 또는 2종인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페놀계 화합물은 테트라키스(메틸렌-3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시-페닐-프로피네이트)메탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 수지 조성물.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
