3,3′-디티오디프로피온산으로부터 클로로화 및 고리화 반응에 의해 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온염 혼합물의 제조함에 있어서, 3,3′-디티오디프로피온산과 티오닐클로라이드를 반응시켜 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 3,3′-디티오디프로피오닐디클로라이드를 제조하고, 이를 메틸아민과 반응시켜 다음 구조식(Ⅳ)으로 표시되는 N,N′-디메틸-3,3′-디티오디프피온아미드를 제조한 다음, 여기에 설프릴클로라이드를 1: 3 내지 1 : 6의 몰비로 첨가하여 유기용매 중에서 고리화시켜서 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온염과 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)의 5-클로로-2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온염의 혼합물을 분말고체로 제조함을 특징으로 하는 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온염의 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.In preparing a 2-methyl-4-isothiazoline-3-one salt mixture by chlorolation and cyclization reaction from 3,3'-dithiodipropionic acid, 3,3'-dithiodipropionic acid and thionyl chloride are reacted.
