본 발명의 인조 목재는 석회질 원료 100중량부에 대하여 규산질 원료 50∼270중량부, 물유리 15∼435중량부, 보강섬유 0.5∼50중량부, 유기 결합제 4∼75중량부, 응집제 1∼50중량부로 이루어지며 그 제조방법은 규산질 원료와 석회질 원료를 물과 혼합하여 교반기가 달린 고압솥에서 120∼160℃의 고온 및 고압의 포화수증깅압하에서 교반하면서 수열반응시켜서 C-S-H(Ⅰ)의 규산 칼슘 준결정이 주재인 슬러리의 제조한후 이 슬러리에 물유리를 투입하여 비정질 규산 칼슘 또는 비정질 규산 칼슘을 포함한 2차 슬러리를 제조하고 보강섬유 및 에멀젼 형태의 유기 수지를 첨가 혼합한 후 응집제를 첨가하여 슬러리 고형분들을 응집시켜 규산 칼슘, 보강섬유 밑 에멀젼 수지로 구성된 혼성 응집체의 3차 슬러리를 제조한 후 그 슬러리를 가압탈수 성형하고 얻어진 습상태의 성형체를 적재형 고압솥에서 170∼250℃의 고온 및 고압의 포화 수증기압하에서 수열 반응시켜 제조함을 특징으로 한다.The artificial wood of the present invention is 50 to 270 parts by weight of siliceous material, 15 to 435 parts by weight of water glass, 0.5 to 50 parts by weight of reinforcing fiber, 4 to 75 parts by weight of organic binder, and 1 to 50 parts by weight of coagulant based on 100 parts by weight of lime material.
