Abstract

본 발명의 다층 필름은 에틸렌●α-올레핀 공중합체를 포함하는 5층 필름이며 각층을 구성하는 수지의 밀도는 외부층부터 순차적으로 하기와 같다 :
제1층 : 0.935 내지 0.950g/cm3
제2충 : 0.920g/cm3이하
제3층 : 0.925 내지 0.950g/cm3
제4층 : 0.920g/cm3이하
제5층 : 0.925 내지 0.940g/cm3
본 발명의 용기는 상기한 다층 필름을 사용하여 성형되며 내열성, 내블록킹성, 인장강도, 유연성 및 투명성이 우수하다. 따라서 본 발명의 다층 필름 및 용기는 의료용 등의 용도에 적합하다.

Claims (7)

  1. 에틸렌●α-올레핀 공중합체를 포함하는 5층 필름에서 각층을 구성하는 수지의 밀도가 외부층으로부터 순차적으로 하기와 같음을 특징으로 하는 다층 필름.
    제1층 : 0.935 내지 0.950g/cm3
    제2층 : 0.920g/cm3이하
    제3층 : 0.925 내지 0.950g/cm3
    제4층 : 0.920g/cm3이하
    제5층 : 0.925 내지 0.940g/cm3
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제5층으로 나타낸 내부층의 수지에 밀도 0.945g/cm3이상의 에틸렌●α-올레핀 공중합체가 10중량% 이하로 혼합되어 있는 다층 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제2층 및 제4층에 사용되는 수지가 밀도 0.900 내지 0.920g/cm3의 에틸렌●α-올레핀 공중합체 40 내지 60중량%, 밀도 0.900g/cm3미만의 에틸렌●α-올레핀계 탄성중합체 40 내지 60중량% 및 밀도 0.955g/cm3이상의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 5중량% 미만을 포함하는 혼합 수지인 다층 필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제2층 및 제4층에 사용되는 수지가 밀도 0.900 내지 0.920g/cm3의 에틸렌●α-올레핀 공중합체 20 내지 60중량%, 밀도 0.900g/cm3미만의 에틸렌●α-올레핀계 탄성중합체 40 내지 60중량% 및 밀도 0.935 내지 0.945g/cm3의 에틸렌●α-올레핀 공중합체 30중량% 이하를 포함하는 혼합수지인 다층 필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제2층 및 제4층에 사용되는 수지가 밀도 0.935 내지 0.945g/cm3의 에틸렌●α-올레핀 공중합체 20 내지 50중량% 및 밀도 0.900g/cm3미만의 에틸렌●α-올레핀계 탄성중합체 50 내지 80중량%를 포함하는 혼합수지인 다층 필름.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각층의 두께 비율이 하기의 범위에 있는 다층 필름.
    제1층 : 5 내지 15%
    제2층 : 35 내지 45%
    제3층 : 3 내지 10%
    제4층 : 35 내지 45%
    제5층 : 5 내지 15%
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 다층 필름을 사용하여 성형됨을 특징으로 하는 용기.
