Abstract

본 발명의 중공형 보링 크라운은 칼날세트로서 지지체(1)에 배열된 칼날(2,3,4)를 구비한다. 칼날(2,3,4)의 칼날면(2a,3a,4a)는 회전방향(D)의 반대쪽으로 증가한다. 또한, 회전방향(D)의 반대쪽으로 배열된 칼날(3,4)는 칼날면(2a,3a,4a)의 크기가 증가하는 방향으로 각각에 선행하는 칼날(2,3)에 비해 크라운 축선에 평행하게 측정되는 높이(h)만큼 저하된다. 이러한 칼날면(2a,3a,4a)의 크기 결정에 의해, 각각의 칼날(2,3,4)가 통상의 가압력에서 충분한 깊이로 가공할 재료에 침입하게 되어 중공형 보링 크라운의 조기의 작동정지를 일으키는 마모성 파손이 생기지 않게 된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 보링방향측 전면에 2개 이상의 칼날(2.3,4,6,7,8,9)를 구비한 1개 이상의 칼날세트가 설치되며, 각각의 칼날세트의 칼날(2,3,4,6,7,8,9)는 절삭물을 제거하는 대략 회전방향을 향한 칼날면(2a,3a,4a,6a,7a,8a,9a)에서 상이한 크기를 가지며, 칼날세트내의 칼날(2,3,4,6,7.8,9)는 회전방향(D)의 반대쪽으로 칼날면(2a,3a,4a,6a,7a,8a,9a)의 크기가 증가하도록 배열되는 중공형 보링 크라운에 있어서. 칼날세트의 칼날의 반경방향으로 측정되는 칼날면(2a,3a,4a.6a,7a,8a,9a)의 폭(b)는 다음의 공식에 따라 산출되며,
    여기에서, bi=칼날세트의 각각의 칼날면(2a,3a,4a,6a,8a,9a)의 폭, i=칼날세트의 회전방향(D)의 반대쪽으로의 칼날(2,3,4.6,7,8,9)의 증가수(1 내지 N), B=칼날세트의 회전방향(D)의 반대쪽으로의 최종 칼날(4,7,9)의 칼날면(4a,7a,9a)의 폭, N=칼날세트의 칼날(2.3,4,6,7,8.9)의 총수, k=0.7 내지 1.5를 각각 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 보링 크라운.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회전방향의 반대쪽으로 후행하는 칼날(3,4,7,9)는 칼날세트의 칼날(2,3,4.6,7,8,9)의 칼날(2a,3a,4a,6a,7a,8a,9a)가 증가하는 방향으로 각각에 선행하는 칼날(2,6,8)에 비해 보링 크라운 축선에 평행하게 측정되는 높이(h)만큼 저하되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 보링 크라운.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 높이(h)는 0.1 내지 1mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 보링 크라운.
  4. 제1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 항에 있어서, 칼날세트 마다 2개 5개의 칼날(2,3,4,6,7,8,9)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 보링 크라운.
  5. 제1항에 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1개 내지 8개의 칼날세트를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 보링 크라운.
