Abstract
본 발명은 전기접점을 개재해서 흐르는 미소전류를, 상기 접점의 접촉저항의 안정화를 얻어 잡음전압을 저감한 환경에서 미소전류를 확실하게 측정할 수 있는 장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 그 구성은, 미소전류를 측정하는 측정회로에 접속되어 있는 전기접점(al,a2, RY1a,RY2a)에 상기 미소전류보다 큰 플래싱전류를 환류해서 흐르게 하기 위한 절환수단(21-2n), 플래싱용 전원(15, 12), 타이머(16), 환류접속수단(a3, Ry3al, Ry3a2)을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.It is an object of the present invention to provide a device capable of reliably measuring a microcurrent flowing through an electrical contact in an environment in which the contact resistance of the contact is stabilized to reduce a noise voltage.
