Abstract

본 발명은 동결방지운전준에 이상이 발생한 경우 안전성을 해치지 않으면서 순환수의 동결을 방지할 수 있도록 된 온수식 난방기를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
이를 위해 본 발명은, 수온<소정온도인 경우에 운전제어부(151)가 가스연소기(12) 및 순환펌프 (13)를 동작시켜서 동결방지동작을 행하고, 안전감시부(152)가 동결방지운전중에 이상을 검지한 경우 운저제어부(151)가 가스 연소기(12)를 소화시키지만 순환펌프(13)의 동작을 계속시키도록 구성된 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 1실시예에 따른 온수식 난방기의 원리설명도.
제2도는 그 온수식 난방기의 동결방지운전에서의 작동을 설명하기 위한 플로우차트.
제3도는 그 온수식 난방기의 동결방지운전에서의 순환펌프의 온/오프작동을 설명하기 위한 그래프이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 실외기측 열교환기 및 연소시켜 상기 실외기측 열교환기를 가열하는 연소수단을 구비한 실외기와, 실내기측 열교환기 및 실내공기를 흡인하여 상기 실내기측 열교환기를 통과시키는 송풍기를 구비한 실내기, 각 열교환기끼리를 접속하는 온수배관, 상기 온수배관중에 배설되어 순환수를 순환시키는 순환펌프 상기 연소수단과 송풍기 및 순환펌프의 동작을 제어하는 운전제어수단 및, 난방기의 동작상태를 감시하는 안전감시수단을 구비하고, 통상 운전시에 상기 안전감시수단이 이상을 검지한 경우에는 상기 연소수단 및 순환펌프를 동시에 정지시키고, 한냉시의 동결방지운전시에 상기 안전감시수단이 이상을 검지한 경우에는 상기 연소수단을 동작정지시키고 상기 순환펌프의 동작만을 계속시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수식 난방기.
