Abstract

본 발명은 금속배스 표면 아래에 송풍기를 갖는 반응 용기내의 용융금속 내부로 산화가스를 송풍시킴으로써, 이 산화가스를 이들 송풍기를 통해 용융금속내로 송풍시키고 85 바 내지 170바의 유입 압력으로 주입시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 산화가스를 송풍기(tuyere)로부터 용융금속내로 송풍시키고 85 바 내지 170바의 유입 압력으로 송풍기에 주입시킴을 특징으로 하여, 금속 배스표면 아래에 송풍기를 갖는 반응용기에 위치한 용융금속 내부로 산화가스를 송풍시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산화가스가 산소임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유입 압력이 90바 내지 120바임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 산소를 -5℃ 내지 50℃온도에서 송풍기에 주입시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 온도가 10℃ 내지 30℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 산소를 120g/dm3내지 240g/dm3의 밀도로 송풍기에 주입시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 밀도가 150g/dm3내지 170g/dm3임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 산소 송풍기의 자유 단면이 유입면으로부터 송풍기 선단을 통해 가늘어지도록 고안됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
