Abstract
본 발명은 자율제어형 고분자 발열전선에 관한 것으로서, 특히 발열체 조성물 개량에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a self-regulating polymer heating wire, and more particularly to improving the heating element composition.
종래의 발열전선은 원하는 자율제어온도에 따라 한 종류의 메트릭스 수지를 사용하였는데, 이러한 스위칭 현상이 메트릭스 수지 결정 용융온도 부근에서 발생됨으로 인하여 계속된 반복 작용시 카본블랙 입자의 이동에 의해 원형 복귀가 되지 않는 경우가 발생되어 출력이 떨어지게 되는 현상이 발생되어져 이를 개선하기 위해 발열체를 전자전 조사 또는 화학적 방법에 의해 가교 (열경화화)시킬 경우 출력 안정성이 크게 향상되기는 하지만 어느 정도의 출력저하가 발생되는 단점을 극복하기 위해 본 발명에서 매트릭스 수지로서 결정용융 온도가 10℃ 내지 40℃의 차이가 있는 수지를 2종 블랜드하여 사용하므로써 반복되는 스위칭 현상이 낮은 온도의 결정 용융온도 부근에서만 이루어지게 되고 높은 온도의 결정 용융온도를 갖는 수지는 용융되지 않는 상태에서 카본블랙의 움직임을 막게 되므로써 발열체의 저항변화를 줄이고 출력 안정성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.In the conventional heating wire, one type of matrix resin was used according to a desired autonomous control temperature.
