Abstract
본 발명은 천연석풍의 결이 표출되고, 천연감이 충만한 결이 있는 인공대리석 및 그 제조방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.An object of the present invention is to provide an artificial marble having a natural stone texture and full of natural texture, and a manufacturing method thereof.
본 발명에 따른 결이 있는 인공대리석은 아크릴계 수지분말을 주성분으로 하는 매트릭스 수지분말과, 분말형상 무기충전재로서의 수산화알루미늄분말과, 굴절율 1.48∼1.60의 투명성 플리트분말을 소량의 액상가소제와 함께 균일하게 혼합한 혼합물을 성형용재료로 구성하고 있고, 상기 성형용재료안의 상기 매트릭스 수지분말과 상기 수산화알루미늄분말의 분말혼합물의 총량을 100중량부로 했을 때 그 100중량부중 상기 매트릭스 수지분말은 20∼50중량부, 상기 수산화알루미늄분말은 80∼50중량부의 범위로 설정됨과 동시에, 상기 분말혼합물 100중량부에 대해 상기 플리트분말이 0.1∼10 중량부 배합되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.The textured artificial marble according to the present invention is uniformly mixed with a matrix resin powder composed mainly of an acrylic resin powder, an aluminum hydroxide powder as a powder-type inorganic filler, and a transparent pleated powder having a refractive index of 1.48 to 1.60 together with a small amount of a liquid plasticizer.
