Abstract
본 발명은 우수한 코팅품질을 얻을 수 있는 렌즈의 코팅방법을 개시한다. 종래에는 아무리 우수한 코팅방법을 사용한다 하더라도 렌즈 표면에 부착된 불순물이나 미세한 요철에 의해 코팅품질을 어느 한도 이상 향상시 킬수없었다. 본 발명에서는 불활성 가스를 이온화 및 가속시켜 형성한 이온제트로 렌즈의 표면을 세정한 뒤 코팅을 수행함으로서 코팅품질을 현저히 향상시켰다.The present invention discloses a coating method of a lens that can obtain excellent coating quality. Conventionally, no matter how excellent the coating method is, it is impossible to improve the coating quality by more than a limit due to impurities or minute irregularities attached to the lens surface. In the present invention, the coating quality is significantly improved by cleaning the surface of the lens with an ion jet formed by ionizing and accelerating an inert gas and then performing coating.
