Abstract

본 발명은 우수한 코팅품질을 얻을 수 있는 렌즈의 코팅방법을 개시한다. 종래에는 아무리 우수한 코팅방법을 사용한다 하더라도 렌즈 표면에 부착된 불순물이나 미세한 요철에 의해 코팅품질을 어느 한도 이상 향상시 킬수없었다. 본 발명에서는 불활성 가스를 이온화 및 가속시켜 형성한 이온제트로 렌즈의 표면을 세정한 뒤 코팅을 수행함으로서 코팅품질을 현저히 향상시켰다.The present invention discloses a coating method of a lens that can obtain excellent coating quality.
