본 발명은 공기유입구를 구비한 액체포장용용기의 성형제조장치 및 그 제조방법에 관한것으로, 특히 압출기의 패리슨 공급장치로 부터 고정금형과 가동금형과의 결합에 의해 형성된 캐비티 내에 공급된 패리슨내부로 블로우핀의 하강과 동시에 압축공기가 수초간 취입됨에 따라 패리슨이 팽창되면서 캐비티의 형상에 대응하는 포장용용기 및 공기유입구를 성형하도록 구성된 공기유입구를 구비한 액체포장용용기의 성형 제조장치 및 그 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 블로우핀(6)이 스트라이크 플레이트(3)를 통해 고정금형(1)과 가동금형(2)과의 결합에 의해 형성된 입구로 하강될때 상기 공기유입구(13)의 선단(13a)에 대해 내측면과 상기 블로우핀(6)에 형성된 평탄면(6b)과의 일정한 간격 (K)을 유지되게 함과 동시에 상기 공기유입구(13)의 선단(13a)에 대해 상부면과 상기 블로우핀(6)에 형성된 단차면(6c)과의 일정한 간격(R)을 유지되게 하여서 공기유입통로를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하며, 또한 상기 고정금형(1)과 가동금형(2)과의 결합에 의해 형성된 캐비티내부로 공급되는 패리슨의 수지온도를 210 내지 220℃로 하고, 이 패리슨는 상기 블로우핀(6)의 에어노즐구멍(6a)을 통해 수초간 취입되는 5 내지 6kg/㎠ 압력의 압축공기에 의해서 팽창되도록 된것을 특징으로 되어 있기 때문에 용기압출성형시 공기유입구가 동시에 성형되면서 그 형상이 파열되는 것을 방지함과 동시에 그 공기유입구의 통로가 막히는 것을 방지하여 내용물의 유출이 원활하게 이루어지도록 한 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to a molding manufacturing apparatus for a liquid packaging container having an air inlet, and a method for manufacturing the same.
