본 발명은 중형 굴삭기의 하부사이드 프레임을 자동용접하는 경우 사이드프레임의 서브(sub) 및 어셈블리(assembly)가접공정, 로봇트 용접공정, 잔여 용접공정구간을 순차적으로 자동이송되면서 사이드프레임의 용접작업이 완료되도록한 중형굴삭기 하부사이드프레임 용접자동 장치에 관한것으로, 중형굴삭기의 하부사이드페임을 자동용접함에 있어서, 사이드프레임 내측에 보강되는 보강판의 가접위치를 자동 선정해 주는 1차서브 가접지그와, 서브가접된 공작물의 다음공정에 이동 및 무인반송대차의 로딩이 가능하도록 사이드프레임을 “”상태로 반전시키는 클램핑 장치가 구비된 무인운전의 반전장치와, 슬롯 컨베이어로 부터 반입되는 서브가 접된 공작물을 적재하고 센터링 장치에서 X, Y축으로 센터링된 공작물을 용접로봇트용 자동지그에 셋엎시키는 무인반송대차와 상기 무인방송대차로부터 공급되는 공작물을 적재하여 X, Y축으로 센터링 시켜 대기하는 센터링 장치와 천정주행식 다관절 용접로봇트의 메인용접이 가능하도록 센터링 장치에 센터링된 공작물의 무인반송대차의 리프팅에 의해 공급받도록된 용접로봇트용 자동지그와 상기 메인용접이 완료된 공작물의 잔여 용접이 가능하도록 용접 위치 및 회전각도를 임의적으로 조작할수 있는 클램핑이 가능한 잔여 용접용 반전장치, 상기 용접로봇트에 의해 메인용접 완료된 사이드프레임에 베이스판을 용접하기 위한 2차서브 어셈블리 가접지그와 상기 베이스판의 메인용접하는 직선 용접장치와, 상기 베이스판이 용접된 사이드프레임 일측에 기어케이스를 가접하는 어셈블리 가접지그와, 어셈블리 가접완료되어 무인반송대차에 적재된 공작물이 어셈블리 메인 용접되도록 셋팅시키는 어셈블리 로봇트를 가접지그와 로봇트 용접되어 슬룻컨베어에 의해 이송되는 공작물의 잔여 용접을 위한 잔여 용접지그와 상기 각 단위장치 및 지그의 무인 운전이 가능하도록 PLC제어방식의 제어장치와 이루어진것을 특징으로 하는 중형굴삭기 하부사이드프레임 용접자동시스템인 것이다.According to the present invention, when the lower side frame of the medium excavator is automatically welded, the subframe and the assembly welding process, the robot welding process, and the remaining welding process section of the side frame are automatically transferred in sequence, thereby completing the welding of the side frame.
