Claims (4)
- 절연성 및 난연성의 수지로 이루어진 기판에 Al에 Si 및 Fe이 혼합되어 1.5×10-6∼9.8×-6Ω°cm 정도의 저항율을 가지며 폭대 길이의 비가 1 : 2,000∼300,000 정도가 되어 상기 기판의 표면적을 10∼90% 정도 덮어 입력단자들을 통하여 전원이 인가되면 열을 발생하는 저항전극들을 구비하여 35∼150℃ 정도의 열을 발생하는 박막 발열체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 저항전극들이 99.3%의 Al에 0.4%의 Si과 0.3%의 Fe가 혼합된 물질로 이루어진 박막 발열체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 저항전극들은 상기 혼합물로 이루어진 시트를 접착한 후 식각하여 이루어진 박막 발열체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 저항전극들은 실크스크린등의 인쇄방법으로 형성된 박막 발열체.
