Abstract

본 발명은 스트라이프 타입 칼라브라운관용 섀도우마스크에 관한것으로 섀도우마스크의 도밍현상에 따라 주변부에서 퓨리티가 저하되거나 백색균일성 및 수평해상도가 저하되는 것을 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
종래에는 섀도우마스크에 형성되는 구멍이 수평피치가 전면에 걸쳐 동일하거나 또는 섀도우마스크의 수직중심부에서 에지부로 갈수록 일정한 식에 의해 증가되도록 되어 있어 수평해상도와 색순도 및 백색균일성을 동시에 만족시킬 수 없게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 이를 개선하기 위해, 섀도우마스크(16)의 수직중심부를 기준으로 구멍(16a)의 수평피치(PH)를 수평길이 ⅔ 지점까지는 일정 비율로 증가되도록 하고 상기 수평 길이 ⅔ 지점부터 수평길이 에지부까지는 일정비율로 감소되도록 하여서 된 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 섀도우마스크(16)의 수직중심부를 기준으로 구멍(16a)의 수평피치(PH)를 수평길이 ⅔ 지점까지는 일정 비율로 증가되도록 하고 상기 수평길이 ⅔ 저점부터 수평길이 에지부까지는 일정비율로 감소되도록 하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 스트라이프 타입 칼라브라운관용 섀도우마스크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 구멍(16a)의 수평피치(PH)를 중심부 수평피치(PHa2)＜수평길이 에지부의 수평피치(PHa2) 수평길이 ⅔ 지점부터 수평피치(PHa2)가 되게 하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 스트라이프 타입 칼라브라운관용 섀도우마스크.
