Abstract

본 발명은 원판형 기록매체에 라커 피복을 적용하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 장치는 기록매체를 지지하는, 회전축을 서로 다른 속도로 회전할 수 있는 회전대(rotary table)와, 선회를 선회할 수 있는 팔(arm)을 포함한다. 상기 팔을 한 끝에 라커 공급 노즐을 갖고 있으며, 회전대의 회전축 가까이의 제1위치와 회전대 바깥의 제2위치 사이에서 선회한다. 상기 팔을 상향으로 경사진 선회축을 선회할 수 있도록 장치 및 배치되어 회전대의 회전축과 팔의 선회축이 회전대보다 더 높은 지점에서 교차되도록 한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 회전축에 대하여 회전대를 회전시키는 회전 구동수단을 가지며, 원판형 기록매체를 지지하는 회전대(rotary table) 및, 하기 장치에 선회가능하게 부착되어 상향으로 경사진 선회축을 선회할 수 있으며, 라커 공급 노즐을 지지하고 상기 회전대의 회전축 가까이의 제1위치와 상기 회전대의 바깥 위치 사이를 선화할 수 있는 팔(arm)이 설비되며, 상기 선회축은 선회축과 회전대의 회전축이 회전대보다 더 높은 지점에서 교차하도록 연장된, 원판형 기록매체에 라커 피복을 적용하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전 구동수단이 회전대를 복수의 서로 다른 속도로 ??너시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선회축이 수평에 대하여 약 75°의 각도로 설치되는 장치.
  4. 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 팔이 상기 장치에 분리가능하게 연결된 지지구성품(support member) 안에서 구르는(journal)축에 고정되는 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 축을 구동시키는 원동기를 더 포함하는 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 원동기가 상기 장치에 분리가능하게 연결되는 장치.
