Abstract

본 발명은 산업용로봇등의 시각장치에 있어서, 입력화소의 공간주파수영역에 있어서의 필터링, 특징추출등의 화상처리, 또는 복수의 입력패턴으로부터 특정의 표준패턴과 일치하는 것을 식별하는 처리등을 행하는 광정보처리장치에 있어서의 위상형공간광변조기에 관한 것으로서, 액정셀에 의해 진폭변동이 적은, 위상변조를 행하는 것을 목적으로 하는 것이며, 그 구성에 있어서 액정셀(103)의 입사폭액정배향방향을 편광판(102)의 투과축과 평행하게 하고, 사출쪽약정배향방향을 편광판(104)의 투과축과 평행하게 한 것을 특징으로 하며 이로서 TN액정셀을 사용하여, 편광판의 투과축을 대향하는 액정의 배향방향과 평행하게 하므로서 진폭변동이 적은, 위상변조를 행할 수 있고, 또 이공간광변조기를 사용하여 광정보처리장치에 있어서 위상변조를 행하므로서, 홀로그램의 1샘플링점을 1화소로 나타내고, 일괄처리화소수를 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있는 위상형공간광변조기를 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 제1편광판과, 상기 제1편광판을 조사하는 코우히어런트광원과, 상기 제1편광판의 사출광을 입사광으로하고 상기 제1편광판의 투과축과 평행인 입사쪽액정배향방향의 액정셀과, 상기 액정셀의 사출광을 입사광으로 하고 상기 액정셀의 사출쪽액정배향방향과 평행인 투과축의 제2편광판을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 위상형공간광변조기.
  2. 제1편광판과, 상기 제1편광판을 조사하는 코우히어런트광원과, 상기 제1편광판의 사출광을 입사광으로하고 상기 제1편광판의 투과축과 평행인 입사쪽액정배향방향의 제1액정셀과, 상기 제1액정셀의 사출광을 입사광으로 하고 상기 제1액정셀의 사출쪽액정배향방향과 수직인 액정배향방향을 가지고 또한 상기 제1액정셀과 대략 동등한 리타데이션과 비틀림각을 가지는 동시에 , 액정비틀림방향이 상기 제1액정셀과 반대인 제2액정셀과, 상기 제2액정셀의 사출광을 입사광으로 하고 상기 제2액정셀의 사출쪽액정배향방향과 수직인 투과축의 제2편광판을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 위상형공간광변조기.
  3. 편광판과 상기 편광판을 조사하는 코우히어런트광원과, 상기 편광판의 사출광을 입사광으로 하고 상기 편광판의 투과축과 평행인 액정배향방향을 가지는 호모지니어스배향의 액정셀을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 위상형공간광변조기.
