Abstract

정역 방향의 구동이 가능한 로터리 실린더(2)와, 이 로터리 실린더(2)의 회전력을 전달받아 회전하는 회동축(7)상에 마련되어 연마코자 하는 원통부재(8)를 잡고 함께 회전되도록 하는 홀더(9)와, 상기한 회동축(7)과 동일 수직선상에 위치하며 상기한 원통부재(8)와 나사결합되는 또다른 원통부재(8a)를 홀딩하기 위하여 키이(11)가 설치된 홀더(10)와, 이 홀더(10)의 상측에 결합되어 홀더(10)의 회전을 방지하는 회전 방지부(12)와, 이 회전방지부(12)상에 결합되며 내측으로 관통하는 축(25)의 좌우 유동을 가능하게 하는 편심 완충부(13)와, 이 편심완충부(13)의 케이싱(14)에 고정되며 프레임(15)에 설치된 가이드로드(16)를 따라 이동가능하게 설치됨과 아울러 탄성부재(19)로 탄지되는 슬라이더(17)와, 상기한 탄성부재(19)의 하측단을 받쳐주는 시이트(21)를 승강시키는 직선 이동 실린더(20)를 포함하여 이루어지는 경통 나사부 현합 맞춤용 연마장치.

Claims (3)

  1. 정역 방향의 구동이 가능한 로터리 실린더(2)와, 이 로터리 실린더(2)의 회전력을 전달받아 회전하는 회동축(7)상에 마련되어 연마코자 하는 원통부재(8)를 잡고 함께 회전되도록 하는 홀더(9)와, 상기한 회동축(7)과 동일 수직선상에 위치하며 상기한 원통부재(8)와 나사결합되는 또다른 원통부재(8a)를 홀딩하기 위하여 키이(11)가 설치된 홀더(10)와, 이 홀더(10)의 상측에 결합되어 홀더(10)의 회전을 방지하는 회전 방지부(12)와, 이 회전방지부(12)상에 결합되며 내측으로 관통하는 축(25)의 좌우 유동을 가능하게 하는 편심 완충부(13)와, 이 편심완충부(13)의 케이싱(14)에 고정되며 프레임(15)에 설치된 가이드로드(16)를 따라 이동가능하게 설치됨과 아울러 탄성부재(19)로 탄지되는 슬라이더(17)와, 상기한 탄성부재(19)의 하측단을 받쳐주는 시이트(21)를 승강시키는 직선 이동 실린더(20)를 포함하여 이루어지는 경통 나사부 현합 맞춤용 연마장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회전 방지부(12)는 직교상으로 형성된 홈(36)(37)을 보유하는 원판(32)(34)과, 이들 원판사이에 위치하며 상기한 홈내로 삽입되는 돌기(38)(39)를 보유하는 원판(33)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 경통나사부 현합 맞춤용 연마장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 편심 완충부(13)는 축(25)의 외측으로 위치하는 키이싱(14)과 이 케이싱(14)의 내측 상하단에 위치하는 이형 결합된 원판(28)(29)(30)(31)을 갖는 스러스트 베어링(26)(27)을 갖는 경통 나사부 현합 맞춤용 연마장치.
